Recommended Ways To Maintain the Vagina Health

As a lady, the most sensitive part of our body.We all tend to give different misconceptions about how to care for our Vagina, which may actually harm it.

The following are different ways to care for our Vagina.

1 : AVOID USING INTIMATE WASHES:

This is very important for our ladies to know that using intimate feminine hygiene products can cause more harm than good.

Regular usuage of such products can disrupt the PH balance of the Vagina, which can leads to infections.

2:DO NOT IGNORE PROTECTION:

Most ladies, don’t know that most times it is very crucial to have sex with protection. Because most times it is not worth the health risks. It is good to wear protection during their intimacy to at least prevent infections.

3:WASH PROPERLY:

This is where most ladies get it wrong. It is said as a lady, when bathing learn to wash your Vagina with ordinary non soapy water. It is also advisable that as a lady, after urinating you should at least rinse your Vagina with an ordinary water. Then probably use tissue to clean up.

4:AVOID OVER USING ANTIBIOTICS:

This part of it. Women don’t know . Antibiotics can be very harmful to the Vagina. Because the constant use of the Antibiotics can kill both the good and bad bacteria of the Vagina, causing yeast and other infections to grow.

5:DO EXERCISES DAILY:

This type of exercise helps the Vagina a lot, as it helps to target your pelvic floor muscles and strengthen them. Do your exercises everyday as long  as it continues to strengthen your pelvic . Which involves inproved  bladder and bowel  function .
